Share buybacks in Bilia AB in week 26 2022


During the period from June 27 to July 1, 2022, Bilia AB (LEI code 2138002GW5WN1UYZA032) repurchased a total of 117,597 own shares (ISIN SE0009921588) under the buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors in order to optimize the capital structure of the company. The buyback program, which started on June 1, 2022, is thus complete as a total of 674,000 shares for a total amount of SEK 99,940,393 have been bought back.

The share buybacks below were part of the buyback program of up to 800,000 shares for a maximum total amount of SEK 100m, which Bilia AB announced on May 10, 2022. The buyback program was carried out in accordance market guidelines. Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbor Regulation”). The objective of the share buybacks was to optimize the capital structure of the company.

All acquisitions were made on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea on behalf of Bilia AB. Following the above acquisitions, Bilia AB’s treasury share ownership as of July 1, 2022 amounts to 4,315,709 shares. The total number of shares of Bilia AB amounts to 96,299,952.
