Job overview:
Be the main financial contact for all live events at FORM. Process company payments, reconcile event budgets, provide monthly management accounts, complete quarterly VAT and FEU returns and assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Ensure that the accounting system accurately reflects the financial results of all live events organized and promoted by FORM
– Organize artist drop-off times and prepare artist sales
– Payment and registration of approved invoices related to the event
– Complete required quarterly FEU declarations and FEU2 submissions
– Ensure site policies are properly recorded and approved. Issue required invoices and reconcile revenue accordingly
– Provide event representatives with cash requirements and post-event reconciliation
– Ensure company event revenue is reconciled between ticketing records and funds disbursed, working with ticketing agencies to resolve any discrepancies
– Prepare monthly management accounts for the quarterly budget review
– Preparation and filing of quarterly VAT returns
– Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts
– Undertake any other relevant task or reasonable request as requested by senior management from time to time
– Work with the whole team on positive motivations towards EDI, the environment and the work culture within FORM, supporting the directors and the rest of the team to be leaders in the industry

Required Skills :
– Experience with accounting requirements for events/creative industries
– A proven track record of strong financial responsibility in a company of similar size
– Xero Mastery
– Proficiency in Mac operating systems
– Proficiency in MS Office

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week (excluding breaks) + additional hours which may be required from time to time for the fulfillment of your role
